Redundancy is never easy. Having been through the process twice myself I know that each roller coast ride is different. As time has moved on, the pain has gone away as I moved into the following chapters in my life.

The benefits of having coaching by Skype or Phone

Of those of you that have had coaching over the phone or Skype.
What have been the benefits to you of receiving coaching by phone & Skype, as opposed to face to face coaching?
(For me, no traveling, saves money & time, can fit into my day easier, the flexibility it give me and the comfort of being able to speak from the comfort and security of my own home)
